Welcome to the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences (FEPS). In academic year 2023-24, around 150 new postgraduate research students (PGRs) are commencing their research degree in the Faculty. The PhD and other research programmes are managed by the Faculty Graduate School. The Graduate School has organised Faculty welcome induction sessions for all new research students on Thursday 28 and Friday 29 September. However, for new research students who are unable to attend the induction, both sessions will be recorded and made available on this webpage. Furthermore, the slides for each presentation can be downloaded from this webpage.
Additionally, local inductions have been organised by your School or Department who will contact you about these sessions. We wish our new research students all the very best in their studies at the University of Southampton. FEPS Graduate School |
